Of course it's a crime. Anyone that thinks otherwise is a fool. It's a felony.

I really don't care whether anyone else gets vaccinated. It's each individual's choice.
I was simply trying to provide the best information I could readily find about the issue debated in the other thread: whether making a fake covid vaccination card is a crime. And you know what? Just because the FBI says it doesn't mean it's true. Maybe the U.S. Attorney will disagree with the FBI's take and not try to prosecute it. Or maybe the federal judges will disagree with the FBI and U.S. Attorney's take and toss out the charges. I don't know.
But if you or anyone else wants the best readily-available information on the potential criminal consequences, that's what I was trying to provide. And if you don't like it, I'll provide you a full refund of what you paid me for the information I posted.

Its not like the FBI has bigger fish to fry or anything with Warlords (basically) taking over city areas across the country and crime spiraling out of control with state and local governments not being able to really prosecute, or refusing to investigate/prosecute.
