I really don't understand CNN's strategy here
they usually don't lean far one way to the right or the left, they usually lean to whatever gets the highest ratings (see: malaysian airlines)
you would think they would want to be pimping this as terrorism

Wait a husband wife terror couple?

Yep. I said during Paris terrorist attack that attacks with guns is their SOP these days instead of bombs. Which is scary because they're so much easier to pull off and it's much easier to stay off the grid.

When they focused in on the guns being legally purchased and that Criminologist spewing this event as obvious workplace violence, their motive became clear

You can't be serious about CNN not leaning to the left

I know. I think all the -oid terms are prefecty acceptable.
Hell, I think all words are acceptable.
But...I've been banned for less.

NJTTF is now involved. Pretty telling that authorities believe this is terrorism.

they've got an retired FBI agent who worked Organized Crime (not terrorism) saying that this was a workplace violence incident.
What a joke. He wants us to think he complained about his coworkers so much to the wife that she said "frick it, let's go kill the bastards".

They've been burned a lot recently, and it's hurt their reputation as the "Grown Up" news channel.
FOX and MSNBC don't give a shite. They'll throw shite at the wall until it sticks and then point at makes sure everyone sees how pretty their "Art" is.

they lean full retard

EVERYone in the US is holding back on that
with all the other shite the feds aren't letting out, it seems like there is a bigger plan at work
now what that implies? i don't know
it may be a desire to hold off on our reactions b/c a home grown terror cell is a game changer
it may be because this is a small cell in a larger plot
it may be b/c this is a small cell with no known terror connections, completely off the radar, so they don't know anything about any of them and have to basically start over (which is scary as shite)
it may be b/c there are more people still at large from the small cell

I mean to be fair if we worked at the place they shot up, it was by definition workplace violence. It might have also been terrorism and it might not, but it was definitely workplace violence. That term doesn't offend me because it's factually accurate, and I am no liberal.
Workplace violence is based on employment and motive. I've been fired, I've been messed with so I take revenge.
A muslim who shoots up his workplace on behalf of jihad because it's an easy, familiar target and he knows it's ins and outs is terrorism.

That's kind of what it's looking like.
Several names have been thrown around for the female.
The dudes FB had an Indian looking wife who dressed Western (not covered) and a cute looking kid.
What's crazy about this is it looks like this guy was living the American dream. An OK job, a good looking wife and a beautiful new kid.
Hard to understand what would make someone throw all that away.
That's the scariest part to me.

CNN is a shite show. Has been a theater of the absurd all night.
Perhaps, but they usually do the best job of live coverage during the actual breaking news. Regardless, as bad as they can be at times, they're probably the best domestic news agency available, which is not so much a compliment to CNN as it is a knock on all national media.

i mean i still say "that's retarded" which is whatever. i get it but frick that
but if i'm talking about mentally retarded people, i don't give a flying frick about who may hear me use the term correctly
Posted on 12/2/15 at 11:57 pm to okietiger13
If the guy worked at the place, it was workplace violence. That's just a factually accurate description of what it was. Maybe (probably) it was terrorism also. But maybe not.

Yet all of the reports that have come out from the people present at the initial shooting described it as 3 MALES. How the hell did that big tittied girl get confused with a man?
