Exactly, you could go to work or go to a mall to conduct the attack.

The intent of the attack would be to terrorize in the name of Islamic Jihad.

Now, if the guy planned all of this because the people at the office didn't like his hummus he brought to the pot luck, then he is just a nut job.

if this doesn't turn out to be workplace violence, then CNN is going to look like a motherfricking mongoloid

Everyone screaming for this to be labeled terrorism while shite is on going are probably the same one who were saying wait for an investigation to happen in Fuerguson.

There was no need for an investigation in "Fuerguson" when everyone knew MB was guilty!

Ya, I mean, if you think about it, doing islamic jihad at work makes sense.

You go there every day. You know all the procedures, etc.

If you are not a "true terrorist" with training in Syria, but inspired online, then going around casing a stadium, or trying to figure out airport security etc starts to get difficult.

Instead, you grab some guns and head to the office you know every thing about. Boom, easy peasy.

Now they've got an retired FBI agent who worked Organized Crime (not terrorism) saying that this was a workplace violence incident.

Yup, and its brutally efficient and easy to do. Furthermore, makes it very hard to stop before hand as these people will have little prior evidence of their radicalization to stop them, ie not traveling in and out of Syria, Afghanistan, etc.

i mean it in the scientific manner

one time at a restaurant i was talking about mental retardation and people got all embarrassed b/c apparently there was a kid with down syndrome a table over (that i didn't see). i got mad b/c i wasn't being demeaning at all. "retard" has a scientific definition.
