It was just a matter of time when one is so brazen and corrupt as Zahn has been.

Sid Torres has proven to be the best garbage collector in the region hands down - it's not even close.

Not knocking Torres, but the way the deal was conceived is the problem. Nikilosi and Zahn have ran an organization that makes the mafia blush.

Sidney Torres IV is New Orleans's Dan Bilzerian. Makes me cringe and his IV Waste company is awful here in Lakeview.

I'm sure if you investigated the Torres family, you'd find some interesting stuff. His mom was a lifer as the clerk of court in St. Bernard. His dad an attorney. I'm sure they've had their share of corruption.

100%.
Remelli is incompetent and runs a crappy company but he's well connected and likes to sue people. No doubt he's not pleased with how his lawsuit is doing, so he's decided to try to drop a dime with the FBI.
That's not to say Zahn is innocent. he has always struck me as the EWE type... the trains runs on time but he's absolutely likely getting a cut.
