Mine was wine tasting. Basically, for a semester, every Wednesday evening, wed meet and try different wines. It was a 3 credit hour class. So, once a week I’d get shite faced and get an A for it.

Greek and Roman Mythology at LSU.

It was an elective that counted for nothing but that professor had to be the most popular guy on campus.

His words the first day of class, “Zeus fricks (sic) everything!”

I could really say any Physics, Chemistry or Biochemistry, but outside of those I would have to say

Architecture History or Abnormal Psychology

My Landscape Architecture Design Studios. 3rd and 4th year especially. Had my own space on campus I could go to anytime, keep books, clothes, food there.....my own little office really. I studies overseas fall semester 5th year and so got a shitty studio space when I came back.

English 2123 Love and War in Literature (Sex and Violence in Film) w Rick Blackwood.
Best/most interesting class i ever had. The teacher graduated from USC film school in 1968, went on to have a career as a Naval Officer, was involved in the early days of Seal Training, worked for the pentagon w top security clearance writing war games, wrote several successful screen plays. We would read books like Art of War, The Prince, Freud, Hemingway, and then watch movies that related to those books. He had a ton of insider knowledge of the movie industry and would give info while watching the films. The guy was a genius and super intense.
