Yes. The power company was intentionally killing people. That’s their super secret plan.

Parents should be in prison not getting rich. Hopefully since this was not in Baton Rouge that scum family won’t get anything.

Hey man... kindly eat shite. I agree with you the utility didn’t seek out a kid to kill but it’s fair to allow the situation to move through the courts.

Y’all are some sick fricks. Kid died because ERCOT is idiotic and y’all blame the kid’s parents and call him an anchor baby. Y’all need Jesus. And that’s not pronounced “Hey-Zeus” either, you pricks.

Buzbee is a joke. Google the story about the hooker from Dallas trashing his house. The guys a disaster and that was before the shite show of a run for mayor. This zero percent surprises me.

Story doesn't add up. Where were the parents while he was "dying of hypothermia?" Kid was playing in the snow and then went to bed under a pile of blankets? Hate that it happened, but I don't think you can put this one on the power provider.

Power goes out in New Orleans. People don’t stop at intersections where traffic lights are out and get in accidents. They sue Entergy for their failing to obey traffic laws. Happens a lot. So this really isn’t surprising.

And given that it’s under force majeure it’s not going anywhere. Good luck for some attorney being able to prove negligence in a once in a lifetime weather event. Lawyers get paid, that’s all.

Yeah...the utility company killed the kid. WTF.

Where were the parents when the kid froze to death? They probably went to sleep by the fireplace to get a little and sent jr to his room.

I hate that a kid died but if his parents couldn’t keep him alive without electricity for several days in freezing conditions in today’s world then maybe just maybe his parents shouldn’t have been parents to begin with.
