IT folks being out of the office is sure taking a toll on them.

What a tragedy. Have never been able to understand how someone reaches adulthood not knowing how to swim

Grew up in the middle of an Indian desert ( in India, not Oklahoma)?

Why would you have a pool deeper than your head if you don’t know how to swim.
Reminds me of all those kids that died in red River years back. Like 6 of them, dragged each other under one after the other while the adults screamed “somebody help them”
YOU MOTHAfrickA! YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THE ONE THAT HELPS THEM!

The frick? In a 6-7 foot deep pool, an adult's head would never be more than a foot or so under the water. You could just continually bounce off the bottom to get above the surface.
And hold your breath and drag the drowning kid to the shallow end essentially walking on the bottom.

They should have been wearing masks

Sounds like something someone who knows ow to swim would say

How can you not just walk out of a 7ft pool? Just sink to bottom and jump toward shallow end or toward the edge and pull yourself out

Have authorities ruled out covid?

Panic. Likely.

If you don't know how to swim, hardly (if ever) go into a pool, and are 6 ft tall....that's a pretty damn tall order. No pun intended.

It’s actually quite sad actually. Those people died trying to save somebody they loved. Paid the ultimate selfless sacrifice.

Swimming is a privilege in Asia

Sad yes, but why own a pool if no one knows how to tread water?

Did the player remove the ladder? Better than forcing them to do electrical work in a puddle I guess
