Melatonin gummies won't trigger drug tests. You can also take B12 and Magnesium.

You obviously don’t work in the industrial field. Randoms are done once a month minimum. Many facilities now require hair test at hire and at least once a year. If you fail a drug test in the DISA system you are non hirable at any of the facilities covered by them. Thats pretty much all of the big plants.

For the record I believe this is a huge invasion of privacy. But no one will ever stand up to industry on this issue In Louisiana . Too many politicians getting pockets lined. It is also the reason I believe Louisiana will be one of the last states to legalize weed.

I run a toxicology lab. A gummy every now and then shouldn’t pop a screen reference range unless it’s wide open.

THC metabolite is usually gone 48-56 hours after first “hit”

Pics of boss.

Ain't nothing wrong with some gummies. I eat several a week. They work wonders on hangovers.

Current job will only do a drug test if you get in a wreck in a company vehicle. None at hiring, none at random.

We do a piss test at hiring. Blood test of company vehicle wrecked to ensure they weren’t under the influence of anything including alcohol

I take melatonin the nights I don’t eat a gummy. Sleep is way better on a gummy.

No. She just wants to retire later this year and knows if she loses me it’ll make her job 100x more difficult and likely delay her retirement.

Your coworker is hustling hard to make sure he gets that promotion once she retires by taking out the competition the old fashion way

Well CBD is legal in Alabama so there is an argument to be made.

I'll never understand why some offices will randomly test office workers. If you're impaired at work and/or your work suffers, or you have some kind of accident, then sure. Test away.

Dangerous jobs I get it, can't risk high people being dangerous.

Whiskey is also legal, but the employer can fire you for having it in your system while at work.

If you work in a plant that requires DISA, you're definitely getting a random, and will get blackballed for failing too.

I don’t work in a plant. I’m a desk jockey that plays in Excel all day.

I don't think it has anything to do with politicians, but bottom line of the companies. Insurance rates are higher than giraffe pussy as it is. Even if it's legalized, the drug testing policies won't change.

I agree, if I show up to work with red, blood-shot eyes every morning I'm in the office and am falling asleep at my desk, of course drug test me.

But, what does it matter if I have a few gummies after work to decompress?
