I imagine I am in the minority, but I prefer FaceTiming over talking on the telephone. What is preferred method for ot baws?

The only time this is worthwhile in public is when you are videoing an event in extenuating circumstances (ex: my sister once FaceTimed a wedding for a 100yr old family member who is still sharp as a tack but couldn't physically make it). The only time I FaceTime is when I call my kids from work. Otherwise, it’s pretty damn retarded to sit and stare at another grown person.

I remember when video phones were only dreams of the future.
We now have them, they work pretty damn good, and nobody uses them.
I've only used it to look at physical paper maps located in another state a time or two for work. I've never facetimed my wife just to check in and see her beautiful face.
