Scott Woodward is going to decide who LSU’s next president is, and he’s not going to hire Dardenne.

Jindal absolutely gutted LSU and its tough sledding to build it back up. Although LSU needs to do a lot better job with the budget and cutting costs where needed.

LSU's budget is absolutely ridiculous. They could trim it by 10-15% easily, but they'll never do it because they're all shite university employees sucking off the government tit.

As an outsider and a Tulane alum:

1. LA high schools do not produce the same number of college ready kids that other states produce.

2. There are waaaay too many public universities for how few college ready kids are coming out of high school.

3. The state lacks a diverse tax base.

None of which are things that LSU can control.

F. King Alexander @lsuprez
It has been an honor to lead such an important and iconic institution. I’m proud of what we accomplished at @LSU and I don’t think that any other university, with any other group of people, could have achieved what we did together. Thank you for making these years so memorable.

Galligan mentioned in class one day how, when he was Dean of Tennessee's law school, they won a national championship. I trust his priorities.

All the universities are politically sacred cows. No one is going to shut them down. Merging Grambling and Southern .....maybe, but not without a shite storm.

I'm fully aware they are all political chips and are not going anywhere...I was just saying what SHOULD happen.

Can someone go to twitter and reply to this with the Joe Burrow wave against Texas?

LSU gets rid of Joe Alleva, goes undefeated in football, and F. King Alexander leaves. Quick someone meet me at Sonic and punch me. This has to be a dream.
