Wasnt meaning this thread as a slight at BR. Most of these projects couldnt happen at the BR facility anyways. ITEP stuff wouldnt influence a project this close to announcement.
The pipeline was recently announced but theyve been doing prelim work on that ROW path for a while now. Just a damn good sight to have pipe going in the ground again.

That project was coming to BAton Rouge till Baton Rouge decided to do Baton Rouge things. Later investment and jobs, it is like we never knew you...
