The RV arrived at 1:30 and didn’t explode until 6:30. Bombings usually occur pretty soon after the vehicle arrives for obvious reasons.

Dude called in a 15 minute warning to clear the area and showed up in the middle of the night. This is nothing more than a suicide by someone that wanted to leave a legacy.
