ATT has been down in north AL most of the day. You can make calls over wifi, though. If the person you are calling also has ATT, they need to set up wifi calling, as well.

They went to black and white bc the bright flash of the explosion threw off the white balance/day night sensor on the cameras. That is normal, and if the sensors were not burnt out, they will eventually go back to color. You can get the same effect by shining a flashlight at a security camera, it will bounce back quicker though bc the flashlight is not as intense.
