Most definitely 100% sure this is the work of SJWs.
Austin is the only American city that has a decreasing black population. You'd have to live in Austin to understand. Austin is SOOOO white. The only place blacks lived was the East Side, but hipsters moved over there, caused property taxes to increase, and the blacks left for Pflugerville. It's (the displacement of the black population and the resulting near complete whiteness of Austin) a big topic of discussion in the city.

What was stupid? He said that anybody but white people could have done it. He later clarified and he could be right but why automatically assume non-white? We have seen whites do this stuff many times so why automatically blame black people?

C'mon, man that's semantics. Inglewood is part of LA. It's technically a city of its own but it's not really. LA as a whole doesn't have a decling black population. Austin as a whole does.

I've lived here for 17 years...I dont know that were ever really that many african americans on the east side (or in Austin as a whole) to begin with

There never were many, but the East Side was most definitely the one part of town they lived in. North of 7th, east of 35, south of Airport, especially along MLK: that used to be the black part of town with some hispanics mixed in. It still is today to a much lesser extent. The blacks moved out of town entirely or to Pflugerville. The Mexicans moved south of the river or way out to Manor.
