locked up? That's ridiculous. Fined and put on probation? But locked up? fricking please....then every fricking black person I ever played basketball with who called me a "fricking cracka" or "fricking white boi" needs to be locked up too.

90% chance at least it was a SJW or minority trying to create racism, and then when people react like i am, they at least get the moral victory of claiming this is a display of white privilege and institutional racism existing in the us today

we call this a motherfricking victory

That video is the quintessential example of illogical rambling.

I offer Exhibit 1:

Why I did it is pretty clear because it would be obvious that even though people know the real problem — and the problem is people without money are getting (expletive)

also, present Exhibit 2

quote:

Everyone’s going to jump on, ‘That’s racist, that’s racist.’ Man, this town the way (expletive) works is racist.

In the video he also disses the female employee for complaining about her feelings being hurt. Not something a SJW would do...

and trans people are at war with gay people and feminists criticize black males' male privilege

being crazy and/or inconsistent with all SJW orthodoxy is pretty standard for that segment of the population

Nothing I say will convince you that he's not a SJW, so I'm not going to debate you about it.

Whoever said the stickers were in protest of gentrification wins the thread!

is he fighting for an issue that would be considered social justice? yes

is he creating an issue that can only be considered a problem if you're allowing "first world problems"? yes

i mean frick. if he wasn't trying to initially trick people (and he did. look at the reactions in this thread and it even made CNN with the anchors waxing poetic about racism today), he would have come out before the campaign and explained it all

“This is an appalling and offensive display of ignorance in our city. Austin condemns this type of hurtful behavior,” Mayor Steve Adler said. “Our city is a place where respect for all people is a part of our spirit and soul. We will keep it that way.”

This was the Austin mayor's initial quote. I bet we don't hear another peep from him.

quote:

A photo of the sticker on the store’s front window was posted on the Facebook page of state Rep. Dawnna Dukes, D-Austin, who initially urged people not to shop at the store until “‘some explaining’ is done.” When she updated her post she said that Rare Trends and other businesses were saying they were vandalized.

“Collectively, our community will come together against this hateful, racist act,” she later said online.

Question I have is, where does he get his money? Does his practice provide enough money defending drug crimes? (which by his appearance, I would say that his "arguments" are likely whacked out and easily overcome by the DA.) I think he's what Nixon's people called "ratfrickers," i.e. the modern-day community organizer.

That's cause you're wrong. Clearly he sees this as a social justice issue so in typical SJW fashion he responded with some illogical passive-aggressive nonsense.

Exactly a minority had to be responsible for this. Just like when the blacks passed them Jim Crowe laws and blamed it on the white man. You mother frickers are pathetic.

Where did this dude go?

So you think it's a Chamber of Commerce thing then?

No. The city leaders are actually (or claim to be) worried about it. The code word they use is affordability. The mayor gave a speech at a luncheon I attended and indicated that his three biggest concerns are water, traffic, and affordability. There's not enough water, the highway system isn't a system at all and is grossly inadequate, and the city proper has become a very expensive place where only white professionals and trustifarians can afford to live.

I was joking, sorry.

Austin is really wrapped up with being Austin.
