supposed to get kids every 2 weeks sometimes less but evrytime i go to get them she left town for the weekend or says she needs them to go somewhere that weekend (and then some weekends she dumps them on me when its not my turn lol)

she wants to move down here from magnolia arkansas 2012 and i knew we would divorce but i did it anyway and 4 months after i moved surpsise surprise she wants a divorce. now I got a job in geismar and will stay here for the kids but dam she is pissing me off!

dont want to get lawyers involved (last one fricked me over) so if any of yall have dealt with this howd you handle it and what can i do to make her cooperate, i need to get the courts or a judge to make her do what she said she would do, girls are 3 and 5 now

i know some of you posters on here and i love sec football (go hogs lol) so i finally caved in here i am. i work graveyard so im up late anyway lol. I like hunting so ill see some of you on the hunting board but now i know there are a lot of lawyers on here who can help me with this issue i got with my ex. also she is having her new boyfriend/fiance living with her and i dont want my girls around him. tired of dealing with this shite lol

Call the police every and document every time she doesn't follow through with the custodial paperwork. Contact a lawyer, provide the proof. Get her put in contempt for violating a court order.

It sucks, but it's the best solution. Ask a judge to recommend you a good one. Don't use anyone you've seen on TV or the radio.

This. And keep up your end. Pay your child support. Treat her with respect. Don't badmouth her, especially in front of kids. It'll be hard, but if you don't you will end up with LESS time with kids, LESS of your money, MORE legal fees and not shite to show for it.

And get a small recorder. Record EVERY conversation between the two of you. Be polite and assume she is recording you as well.

If you are a decent guy, get you a woman lawyer. Them bitches go nuts in the courtroom against other women if you are a decent guy.

Document, document, and document some more. When you end up back in court, a well documented journal carries a lot more weight than just your word.

Mud so are you divorced or not?
If not you need to get officially divorced if money is tight go to divorce mediation and make all your agreements official. The mediator (usually a lawyer or paralegal) will walk you and the soon to be ex thru the paperwork. Be civil for the children. Once you agree the mediator will take it to the family law courts and make it official. My advice and LISTEN TO ME. Threat this divorce as a business. Thrust me don't budge on who claims children on taxes each year, every other weekend, who pays their medical and denital when you two are divorced, etc. I was trying to be the better person in my divorce and got frickED. My ex fricked me over and she had everything planned thru her friends and legal advice which I had no clue she was doing. If she asked for the divorce thrust me she got a plan in place to frick you. BE PREPARED !!!
Good luck
