that's easy...you can't. if you want something you can enforce, you need a court order. the best way to get custody/visitation is to get a lawyer and don't give the other side/judge to hold against you. (alcohol/dope/redneckness/assholeness/etc)
the state of louisiana and the court really want you to have a real relationship with your kids, but it sounds like the judge concerned about their safety when with you. if you troll the court like you trolled the ot, you won't like the outcome.

Me too and have been there myself. It is a pretty shitty thing. Then the ex will tell everyone what a shitty father he is for not taking the kids on his scheduled visits. Good Luck OP but get a good lawyer.

Okay. This has to be a troll. But in the unlikely event that it is not he has proven himself to be a dumbass. There is no hope for him. Divorces are not decreed without paper work outlining important details about custody, visitation, all rights revoked, etc.. Idiot is just trolling .
