like is it illegal to place it so far that you cant even get there without walking forever or getting wet if its raining its been so cold lately too. i even understand why you cant smoke inside anymore cause of chemicals i get it but saying you cant smoke so far away you might as well not even smoke at all just wonderin if this is illegal or can you sue them to bring it closer thanks

been thinkin bout this all day it kinda pissed me off found out guy at aarons in eldorado turned a late bill to a credit agency and they contacted me thinkin i was tryin to not pay but i moved and just forgot it was a honest mistake. had the morning off i called the store and manager acted like i was tryin to sneak away he said hey so i see i can pull the investigators off and said that i was tryin to embezle money i didnt even know what he was talkin about. my question is if any of yall have dealt with this before if i pay the guy can he take it off the credit report im not paying if he wont take it off especially since he was such an a-hole to me over the phone when i just called to talk to the guy. how do i take it off or even dispute if i dont have to pay this with the credit company thanks

long story short come in from work this morning and see neighbor out at his car says it wont start and he doesnt know about cars funny though cause we had words in the past cause he plays music loud on the weekends and has lefts notes on my door cause he says my grass is high and i have 3 ice chests in my front yard, but anyway i help him even though im tired his battery was fried and none of us has jumper cables cause i let someone use mine from my truck and they didnt bring them back so instead of waking any others up i take his battery that still had the receipt in the side and was in warranty to walmart and got him a new one. this guy plays music loud at night like i said and i almost whipped his arse one time cause pretty sure he kept brining his boyfriend over when my kids were there one weekend and i dont want them sein that shite but he hasnt done it in a while. Im just saying be careful how you treat people cause they might have to help you out one day like i did and it can come back to haunt you lucky for him i let it go for now but maybe others wont be so nice even though he knows i work nights
