Freezing your account at a credit bureau doesn't prevent you from using your credit. It will prevent opening of new accounts.

The “good” news if there is any is that MOVEit was attacked by ransomware.
Normally the attack isn’t to steal info it’s to have the victim pay to be able to access their system again. That does t mean that that they won’t sell info, just that it is. It normally the M.O. of the attackers.

Just went and locked my credit with all 3 bureaus. Annoying that you have to do it separately for each one. Had to make an account for each site.
