I liked WCW in the 1989-1993 time period.

Much simpler times back when Mid South was on.
There's a station in Monroe that used to (maybe still does?) run old Mid-South shows in the afternoons. I had completely forgotten that Sean Micheals had worked out of there at the beginning of his career (tag partner with Pvt. Terry Daniels).

They had the best writers and guys who were creative. And when they needed a jolt, they got the NWO going, and shite got real, WCW kicked WWF in the balls.
Yep and then they went out of business.
ETA Although I will give WCW this...with the coming of the attitude era in WWF and the fact that WCW was owned by a television company that had a stifling standards and practices department....they never had a chance after Tuner Broadcasting was bought by Time Warner.

83 weeks is awesome. Legit, I’ll go outside on the back porch on a Saturday night, put the headphones in, grab a drink and listen til like midnight.
Conrad is the gumpiest gump who ever gumped and you kind of suspect he’s not the brightest dude, but Eric usually drowns him out.

Is any of that supposed to dissuade me from what I said? Because I knew all that and still said it.

I marked out when this happened. I thought DDP was about to end the streak.

Love how DDP rolled away from Goldberg and took his time before going for the pin. Gotta protect the finisher.

WCW was so awesome. I don't understand how WWF-WWE beat them in the ratings department
Stone Cold
The Rock
HHH
WCW lineup was so much better than anything WWF-WWE had to offer
