Is an EO law ?

Depends.

Seriously. If SCOTUS hold up some EOs like DACA it effectively becomes law.

The same people criticize Texas for being too draconian in telling women what they can do with their bodies are the same MFers applauding the federal gov't for being too draconian with what they can do with their bodies.

Reality is that if more of you mouth breathers would have gotten the shot to begin with we wouldn't need this.

Hey Kebbyapowers, you racist pig, only 39% of AA's have the jab... PhD's are least likely to agree to get it as well... Are they motluth breathers, dumbass.
Maybe if a few of you go along to get along folks would have pushed back on this substance that doesn't stop spread or illness Boden wouldn't think that he can dictate what we put in our own bodies.

But they are the same formulation like the FDA said and you claim. Just remove the EUA designation from those vials. You don't have to replace them with COMIRNATY vials. Just change the approval designation of the BioNTech-Pfizer vials from EUA to Fully Approved.

Can you explain why this is so difficult? Why wouldn't the FDA make this simple semantic designation to avoid all the confusion?

Not to hijack this thread but Texas is saying people are conferred human autonomy and legal protections upon the detection of a heartbeat. Ironically the definition of personhood was conferred to the states by RvW. States will differ on the definition of personhood. Texas goes with the heartbeat and NY goes with exiting the womb.

Lets say the vaccine makers could be held liable and sued. They would file bankruptcy like Purdue Pharma did with OxyContin. If they didn't file bankruptcy and lose or settle you would get a check for $5 in 15 or 20 years

At least you can make an argument that you're protecting a human from getting ripped apart and vacuumed out without their consent.

True, but they would also be more judicious in the vaccine rollout instead of mass indiscriminate implementation with the force of governments and corporations.

The entire plan to split the country over faux racism was simply to install authoritarianism.

People love authority when they hate their neighbor. I never works when we all get along.

No kidding. My buddy did two tours in Iraq and when asked about the vaccine he said "I got vaccinated for anthrax three times, you think I'm scared of this shite?!"

My body, my choice aged well. I suppose only if you kill an unborn child you can have a choice.

It is the same. A condition of employment no matter how you look at it. No matter the mortality rate. It's all a choice. A mandated choice.

You know what sounded like a good idea after 9/11? The TSA, Afghanistan War, and other increases in authority.

A vaccine passport will become the baseline for a social credit system.

There was a narrow window in 2001 that with enough public pressure could have prevented the abominations that occurred after 9/11, but it is too late, those things are here to stay.

There is a narrow window, right now, to put a stop to vaccine passports, but it must be opposed NOW. 2 years from now it will be too late.

Those were terrible ideas in 2001 and still terrible ideas in 2021.
