In other words : at Entergy we let our infrastructure get so worn down, that way when a storm comes our customers can be without power for however long, and then we can charge them for the monopoly we make billions off of....

First hurricane season?
Their service is dog shite. I have for some reason been locked out of my account for months and unable to pay my billls. I call weekly trying to get this resolved and all they say is "oh someone is working on it"

I'd say it's legal since we got popped with it after Katrina and then again after 2016 floods
