Being at a parade is not being in a parade.
I already pointed on the dumbassery of making it illegal to use a firearm in the commission of a violent crime within 1000 feet of a parade... The law was written to give the police a tool to lie about the legality of carrying a firearm near a parade route. It is already illegal to use a firearm to commit a violent crime...
