Not only did she con hundreds of millions of dollars from investors and businesses like Walgreens, she knew her product was shite and still allowed it to diagnose people! She misdiagnosed people with HIV & other autoimmune diseases. Therefore, it harmed people because they were put on medication for something they didn’t have! It also gave people a false sense of security for those it didn’t diagnose their actual issue.

It’s not some tech gadget that just “didn’t work bc of engineering”. This was a medical diagnostic device that was proved time and time again to not work but she proceeded. Every engineer who worked for her said it would not work because she was insistent on how little blood the device would use. Therefore, they had to dilute it to such a level that the inaccuracies were consistently high. She didn’t care and for that and put her ego ahead of patients lives. And for that, I hope the book gets thrown at her.

Making a daily to do every morning is a good thing. Hand-writing it is even better.

Making sure if you take a meeting you do it for a planned purpose OR keep it short is important. Making sure that even that 5-minute meeting is on point and efficient is very good advice.

Being clear and concise with employees while instructing them towards their goals is good leadership.

Learning who your employees are to most efficiently motivate/direct them is also good leadership and helps with efficiency. Not everyone is the same and how you push people can't be uniform for that reason. Some people want money. Some people want recognition over others. Some people want intrinsic rewards of finishing complex tasks.

The success in business stuff is just self-motivating BS.

Discipline is probably the most important tool to success in most fields. The other stuff at the top of page 3 is gobly asian. Sounds like he's trying to write parameters for a book idea (like all of page 2).

I don't have a "written" file of people I interact with but I 100% have a mental file. This is somewhat like the "can't motivate/instruct all employees the same" variable. You have to know who you are dealing with and knowing who they are is important.
