This makes me sick and in actuality those saying you can’t kill that many people with hand gun it was ONE teacher and a BUNCH of scared kids. fricking sickening if true. Y

Same at my kids’ schools, but the last couple of weeks in the school year are always more lenient.
Seems like everyday in May there’s a performance, ceremony, field day, field trip, etc.
There’s frequently an activity that invites families onto campus, or disrupts their normal routines and schedules. Rarely do they require everyone to be buzzed in or check in with the front desk on these days.
The shooter appears to be a high school student. Uvalde isn’t that big. He was probably familiar to many teachers and administrators at the elementary school.
Locking the doors doesn’t do much good if everyone gets buzzed in, or they drop that procedure on certain days.

Agree. But do you hold Abbott accountable as well? Because if anyone knows how the Texas economy runs using migrant labor, it's Abbott and Austin, Tx.

We hitch is why I lean on his mom being a teacher there.
Although he certainly could have followed someone or the school doesn’t have certain safety measures in place. My kids elementary has implemented a lot of stuff but it’s not full proof

Could have easily shot or broken his way in. Its not like a plate glass door and a buzzer are actually going to stop an armed person who is set on entering the building to kill people.

Kid buzzes, office recognizes kid, unlocks doors and waves him through.
Kid knows which classroom mom teaches in and walks directly there.
All plausible especially if gun was not visible.
