Will there be an inherent bias amongst those who have the power to place a ban?

Would banning 10000 mentally ill from owning guns stop one from killing 20 or more in a Walmart? Maybe. Isn’t that enough?

When will people like yourself realize that we don’t have a gun problem in this country and that we have a morality problem? Stop placing blame where it doesn’t belong.

Nope. No it isn’t.

Schizophrenia for one. Happy? I answered your question. I’m sure there are others that should qualify. I’ll confess to not knowing the entire list.

I don't think documented ones can buy a gun baw. Actually, ever being committed to a mental institution is a pretty big hurdle I believe.

Maybe the 10,001st person was going to be the crazed shooter. See how this works?

Yet you offer no debate. Just ridicule. And no solution. People with no solution are just part of the problem. Shoe fits. Wear it.

Yeah, let's see who the actual victims were after the pics are released.

But, he's a shithead, so who really knows.

Post your criteria. But nothing short of a fortune teller will work.

Because you haven’t.

I mean, you could answer the questions and we could debate... but you still haven’t... all I’ve gotten from you is schizophrenia. Okay.. so what else?

The rest of the questions..... still waiting...

There isn’t a solution that will stop evil from being evil.

The best you can do is protect yourself. You want to prevent innocent people from being able to protect themselves.

Do mental institutions even really still exist? We’re so worried about infringing on people’s rights I’m not sure they do.

The funny thing here is that people are jumping on me because I have a slightly dissenting view. I believe in the right to bear arms. I just think it’s a right that might need some slight adjustments.

Every media outlet is now using the security camera photo. While the original source was an Iraqi journalist, I pulled it from a retweet by a local media reporter.

You were correct and I stand corrected as I was wrong! Nice work.

What mental disorders should be on the “no gun” list?

Of course being gay or trans probably shouldn’t be on the list.

I’m not a mental illness expert so I can’t really say which other ones should or shouldn’t. That’s a very broad range.

who decides if the person is well enough?

Well that was my point I was trying to make before all the little boys started crying. IMO, the background checks should be more thorough or at least revised. I don’t know how, I don’t have those answers. But some people are just unstable, shouldn’t and aren’t capable of legally carrying a firearm

What is the route to appeal?

Medical evaluation?? That seems logical

How long does said ban last?

350

How many mental people actually seek out treatment?? That’s the problem. They don’t and the ones that need it don’t get it.

The State Police or ATF? Don’t they already control who can and cannot own a gun?

Gun violence is at multi decade lows. Keep up with the hysteria though.
