EFF this effing Tableau convention in New Orleans.

20,000 code monkeys gathering from around the world sampling our fair city. How wonderful for our local enconomy!
I don't care. frick these people.
Convention Center Blvd. is closed because of this fricking convention. Magazine Street was already down to one lane because of construction at the museum. Baronne Street is now permanently one lane because the city has decided to suck bicycle dicks. There is literally no way out of downtown in the evening. Gridlock in every direction (throw in the Pels game last night and you double the clusterfrick). And this morning was almost as bad.
And the worst part? The city is clogged with fricking buses. So many goddam buses. Uber drivers not knowing where they are going. It's a fricking abortion.
I don't care. frick these people.

Still better traffic conditions than BR dealing with the Sunshine bridge closure

I didn't know what was going on, but it took me forever to make it from work downtown to my kid's parent teacher conference uptown at 4:30 yesterday.
