Either way, if he's a compliant registered sex offender and works there...then it is one of those individuals.
If he was just getting his hair cut, he'd probably live within 5-10 miles. So the list of people would be longer because I set the above search to a 1 mile radius.

If there is a pic of the crime scene anywhere with a 2013 Toyota Corolla at the barber shop then Mr Solomon is probably the shooter, since that is the type of car he drives. Didn't the shooter also have attempted murder on his record too? Not sure where I read that.

Wow! It sounds like you just don't like to be around black people. I have never felt uncomfortable going somewhere that might have some, half, mostly black people.. just because they were black.. I have gone sketchy places that some shite could likely go down.. And felt a little uncomfortable, but there were a few times when this situation has been in white areas (some of the worst living conditions I have seen have been in white trash filled areas. Trailers with no utilities, broken front door, etc. Young mothers having their kids in the street where there is relatively decent amount of traffic).

I don't know if there's something reported that I don't know, so I may be off. But I drive by the crime scene twice today. It happened at 11:30 last night. That barbershop is not open then. But just behind it is a sketchy looking apt/townhouse place. I didn't think they were in the barbershop. I could see where he was dispatched to that area, someone told him suspect had walked through towards movie theater area, and cop went there. Saw suspect matching description in that strip area where barbershop was, and was approaching when it went down.
I don't think any of those shops were open at that time. I actually passed the scene almost exactly 1 hour before it happened, on my way home. Movie was letting out and line of traffic was right where shooting occurred. There was crime scene tape around exact scene this morning.
