You'll never get forced sterilization through courts. Only hope for something like that would be to offer voluntary sterilization and significantly cut welfare and entitlements so that the financial burden of raising those kids is on the individuals having the kids instead of the taxpayers. If they knew that the costs of providing for those kids would be coming directly out of their own pockets instead of freebies, it'll make some of them think twice about either fricking around without protection or to get themselves voluntarily sterilized
