Smoke ‘em if ya got ‘em!

Just walked out of the metro council meeting. Vote was 8-4 to decriminalize marijuana like New Orleans had done. Possession under 14 grams is now just a $40 fine for first offense, $60 for the second offense, $80 for the third.

You actually go to metro council meetings?

Starting to understand your insatiable dickriding of Baton Rouge now.

What does kibbles and gravy think about this?

And this wont help Helmut's law practice. If that happens.

This guy I knew got 15 years on his fourth weed charge. One year on the third.
Six months on the second.

All less than 7 grams.

(The fifteen was three served ten suspended)

Watson and wicker only voted against it because they wanted to defer it for two weeks because it was confusing as hell. They changed the proposed ordinance 3 times with the last time during the discussion at the meeting.
