I'm sure she gets bonuses and stock options like businesses And comp days
So all salaried employees in government and business get bonuses, stock options and comp days?
This is why I know you aren't in business.
And to be honest I'm sure your gal gets two of the three you mentioned. Just got exposed trying to get her $500.00 a month bonus/shakedown

I'm saying some salaried employees get bonuses, stock options, overtime.
Some don't.
Apparently it is against BR city-parish guidelines to pay their salaried positions overtime. These guidelines don't apply to the COA.

No the position doesn't warrant it.
We aren't talking about other people. Only her.
STFU

Yea they lack ethics. That's what sets them apart from civil service

It's a money grab all under the guise of "helping seniors."
She's just mad that this hasn't gone away by now. She outlasted Nakamoto, but the constant stories from The Hayride, The Advocate and the OT are really getting under her skin.
You can bet that the letter written on the EBRCOA's FB page tonight did not get their attorney's approval.

The COA from my home town was always trying to swindle money from my grandpa. They are all leeches.

In another thread it was noted they spent 16 hour days sandbagging homes of the elderly
Even if hypothetically she did spend 16 hours sandbagging homes (she didn't), that's a terribly inefficient use of funds. They could get somebody much cheaper to do that faster than her huge arse. She would probably be winded carrying 1 sandbag.

I can't imagine the CEO of an entity is not clasified as "exempt" and therefore does not qualify for overtime.
Is there not a board managing this agency? Is the board as corrupt as the purported "leadership?"
It's incredible that this person still has a job.

shocking as it may seem, I believe the board is 10x more corrupt than Tarsha

I don't care who you work for (public, private, quasi-ngo...) the CEO of a company or organization does not take or accept OT pay for a natural disaster/emergency. That comes with the territory of, you know, leading the damn organization.

Also, 100k seems pretty cheap. I wouldn't do that job for that. If I had to work 150+ hours without comp days or extra pay I would be pissed. No matter my regular compensation.
Probably because you've worked an hourly wage your entire life and have no idea how having a salary works

That implies you think civil service employees are ethical

If they can't abide by the rules set forth in either the city-parish guidelines or even keep the rules they have in place (even when it's not convenient for them) they shouldn't be supported with tax dollars.
