That's horrible, but I'd never trust driving a golf cart on the beach highway there. People fly down it sober, much less drunk.

They have got real popular here in Metro Atlanta but most people drive them safely and I have never heard of a golf cart incident involving another vehicle.

I would be scared to death to drive a golf cart down a beach road like that.
I already know most people are drinking out on the beach. I’m not putting myself in that situation because a golf cart isn’t gonna do shite against a vehicle.
