Driving with kids in car seats and over waterways, i know it’s weird

Hypothetically speaking. If you had three kids in car seats and your car plunged off an elevated road into the water, would it be possible to get all kids out in time. I feel I need a plan for this. I have the window breaker and seatbelt cutter. Could my wife (or any woman) handle this as well?

If you’re gonna plan, remember that the front of the car is the heaviest and will sink first. You’ll need to get to the back and exit out of the rear.

Buy dolls and strap them into the car seats. Practice timing yourself undoing them until you can do all 3 in 30 seconds

They probably can't swim so I'm sure they won't care if they drown in their car seats or in the dark waters below.

Here's the problem. Assuming you don't panic, roll the windows down, unbuckle everyone and get them out, you're still in the water. No flotation devices. Try treading with a 20lb brick sometime. Plus your clothes and shoes will weigh you down.
