Over twenty years ago a 2-way stop was upgraded to a 4-way stop in my hamlet. It took over FIVE YEARS for about half of the local drivers to learn how to properly negotiate a 4-way stop. Even now, at least once or twice a week someone will just freeze up and try to wave you on through. I can see the indecision and panic in their eyes.

I'll add to this list as a trucker and it just happened to me outside of Toledo: I merge to the left lane to let people merge into the right lane from an on ramp. Instead of speeding up or slowing down to let me back over into the right lane, they stay right there next to me in my blind spot.
Dude. I was kind enough to let you in without strife. You see my 5 lights on the side of my truck flashing meaning I want to get back over, don't be an inconsiderate price. Back off or speed up for me, I'm the one who is governed with traffic tailgating me.

People that are coming up to a red light but there’s one car in front of them so they change lanes to be first at the light. Then they drive slower than the car that was in front of them anyway.
Or when they do the same thing and get over into the far right lane blocking everybody behind them from turning right. I feel actual hate for those people

Had to run through Atlanta a couple weeks ago heading to N. Georgia and it was raining pretty much the entire run from 50 miles south of Atlanta.
The number of idiots driving down the interstate with their hazard lights on was maddening.
ETA: On look, I got downvoted by one of those idiots that drive with their hazard lights on thinking they are being safety conscious, but are actually a danger to other drivers. fricking dumbasses.

Just about everything’s been mentioned for me. There’s a lot of lessons people should pick up in this thread. They need to teach all these things in driving school if we’re going to create a better society.
