People who don't understand what the words "Keep Moving" mean.
People who leave huge gaps between them and the car in front, prohibiting those behind them from accessing the right turn lane.
People who will not let you in when it is clearly easy for them to do so (happens more in the north)

On 2 lane roads when you see just ahead some one waiting to turn on into traffic. suddenly, they jump in front of you causing you to brake.
9 times out of 10 you look in the rear view mirror and see NO ONE behind you.
they could not wait 5 more seconds.

Agreed. So many people out there need their driver's license revoked until they learn to do this. I've seen people that wind up driving on the shoulder of an interstate, or damn near stop in the merge lane because they can't figure out how to merge properly. fricking idiots.

Again this is another one where WTF would you get angry over this? If you are stopped in a line of traffic and someone needs to turn into your lane or whatever and you are at the point where they can come in, you are not doing something courteous. You are doing what should be done in traffic situations.

If a car is disabled and stopped in a travel lane they turn on the flashers so people don’t plow into the back of them and have warning to go around them.
The more common it gets to turn on flashers just because of heavy rain, the less discernible it will be to differentiate the 2. Sure, 99/100 times you can see that they’re moving but if it becomes too common, you might assume that that guy in the blinding rain with his flashers on who ACTUALLY IS disabled on the interstate is moving and you plow right into him.

This situation is in theory only. It never actually happens. If you can't judge whether a vehicle is moving or not and you're worried about hitting someone, back up off extra space when driving in the rain.

Waiting in the exact wrong spot when U-turning on a divided highway, thus completely blocking the view of another vehicle trying to u-turn or get on the highway.

Proper blinker use to indicate an upcoming turn. All of these idiots that turn on their blinkers as they are turning instead of before they begin braking to slow down for the turn. I can already see you're turning dipshit. A little notice that you're going to go from 65 mph to 2 mph would be appreciated.

Assholes that make you tailgate the car in front of you going 80 in the passing lane because they think they can outrun the line of cars using the right lane. You literally have to eat a bumper or they will squeeze in and make you hit the brake. Pisses me off.
