With all of the highway cameras in use these days, I wonder if one may have caught it as it occurred.
It would be kind of neat in a 'Faces of Death' kinda way.

I wonder if anyone saw him get ejected and land up there or if they had to look around for the driver and someone found him up there by randomly looking up? Maybe dripping blood on the ground gave it away?

Looking at the damage to the car, the front windshield is still intact, but there is a hole in the back windshield. Is it possible that as this car flipped, rolled or what ever that the driver was ejected out of the rear window? I guess it might explain how the body ended up on the sign.
