wearing a ring or not shouldnt matter unless there are some trust issues. but in a stable committed relationship i dont see a problem for not wearing a ring

This is your problem. I hated, absolutely hated rings before I was married. So, when I got mine I never took it off for anything. Workouts, sleeping, showering etc etc. After about three weeks, I never noticed it again. If I take it off now I feel weird without it

Get one of those tattooed on rings. I hear that's a thing.

I do a lot of pullups and weights so I would always take my ring off and I did lose it once. Then, my wife got me a Qalo ring, silicone, and it was nice but it would get moist and funky underneath. I don't wear one now and my wife never says anything unless she needs a Hail Mary pass in an argument we are having.

I rarely wear mine. Only to church or out to dinner or for special occasions.

OP is hoping his wife reads the OT and buys this ridiculous story.

I'm not a jewelry guy - not even a wrist watch and I work around things that could catch on my ring and wring my finger off and that gives me the creeps so I don't wear mine.

Seems like you're a pretty damn responsible person if you've managed to lose 4 rings in a year.

I wore my ring the day of our wedding, and I haven't worn it since. My wife knew of of my plans, so she doesn't care at all. I bought it off amazon for $3.

If wearing a ring is causing your new, newly preggers bride this much strife, then grow up and quit losing your damn ring

The OT answer will be "man up and don't wear the damn ring"

The real life mature answer is "man up and wear your damn ring"

Trust me you are about to be in for a roller coaster of emotions with your wife coming up. The more stress you can take away from her the better. If she wants you to wear the ring just say yes dear and wear it.

I lost my first one after about a year. It was a tad too big. Then I bought one on overstock for like $25.

I haven't worn one for 32 years. Marriage is about trust. Not whats on your finger. A person can cheat with or without one.
