I have a friend who lost his wedding ring and car keys while at a bachelor party. He had to call up his wife to bring him his spare keys so he had little to no time to buy a replacement. He went off-grid for several months following that.

I've worn my $60 tungsten ring everyday since we got married 8 years ago.
I hate jewelry. I never wear a watch. i hate when i have to put a bracelet on at a park or bar or wherever. Makes me feel claustrophobic or something. It took me about a week to get used to the ring though. I was constantly turning it and taking it off and putting it back on that first week. I think i was just scared i wouldn't be able to get it off. Then i just said frick it and got over it.

If I can where a ring, anyone can. Put the damn ring on and quit being a scatter brain losing them.

Does your wife have a ring dish? You could always put it in there when you take it off so you won't misplace it. If she thinks the ring symbolizes your marriage you should wear one. It's obviously important to her.

Meaning you took it off before going to practice or literally lost the ring hitting infield?

I've been married for almost 6 years now and I've worn mine for maybe a total of 5 months. I just fuggin hate wearing rings. I have my ring, and I even tried those silicon rings you mentioned...still hated it. Wife understands and doesn't give me a hard time anymore. I have no intentions of cheating or making other women think I'm single, and my wife understands that. Plus, I'm too ugly to cheat...probably the main reason she isn't worried...

I'm not a big ring guy either (ironically since class rungs are a big thing with Aggies ). I couldn't wear my rings at my Air Force job, and I always take them off when I'm eating, exercising, having sex, or sleeping.

Been married 5 years and still have my same wedding ring (stainless steel), but I really only wear it half the time, probably. Wife doesn't care--she likes/wears her rings but doesn't GAF whether I wear mine all the time or not.

I get chastised around my house for enough as it is. I don't need to give my wife any more ammunition.

Put the ring in the same place every time you take it off. Mine is a comfort fit and it's a little too big, so I have to take it off when I shower or wash my hands. I typically take it off when I get home and put it on my night stand. If I'm at the sink and take it off there, then I put it in the jewelry dish that we have next to the sink. It doesn't take much effort and it would save you from losing your ring.

How old are you? You sound irresponsible as frick

Her rings stay on it too. That much meat needs multiple rings to constrict the blood flow.

If you have cracks big enough at work to swallow a ring and deem it un-retrievable, then y'all motherfrickers need to do some maintenance.

You need to realize your in new marriage and things like "rings" are super important to new wives. Add in the fact she's pregnant and your just asking for undo drama. I hated my ring too intially but now I don't even know it's there. Have you thought about a tattooed ring? May be your answer...

You should buy a really expensive ring so that you'll take better care of it
