The average OTer is 5'8" but 6'0" in boots and on their driver's license.

Stastistically? No. But people don't have a problem with short people. They have a problem with average people. They either want people to be so small they literally feel bad for them or a f*cking giant.

When I was single, I told people I was 6'. Now that I'm married, I tell them I'm 5'11". So yes, under 6 is short.

I honestly always thought I was taller because when I stand next to my dad I don't feel that much shorter and he says he's 6'2".. so the drivers license I got three years ago (when I went to get the new Real ID), I put 6'1"... God I feel like an idiot. 
But if I'm just over 6'0" in most shoes is it really that bad?

Not insecure.. I just find 5'11" (and 5'10" for that matter) to be odd heights. Like someone else alluded to, you're not really tall, but not short either. You just don't stand out, and don't really belong in the tall or short club.

I'm practically a midget at 5-6... but I've NEVER had a problem picking up girls, so I really dont give a shite about height and neither should you.
