Does the OT consider 5'11" short for a man?

I am right around 5'11" and 1/8th inches barefooted. Don't feel tall, but I guess I don't feel short either?

5'9"? Yeah probably when I was in the 8th grade.. I'm 33.

Are you factoring in hispanic males into that average? For white Americans, I think it's 5'10".... with that being said I'm technically taller than average.
