You can 100% tell that she had work done and imo it did not improve her looks.

Then what is your excuse for posting like a dumbass? You posted:

I'm sure that's what they'd like to think, but it's usually pretty obvious
Did your next door neighbor, the plastic surgeon, tell you it's usually pretty obvious when someone has work done?

One of the few whom it benefitted was a Louisiana girl, Lyndsey Pelas. She went from a closing time hookup with great tits to a pretty girl and internet sensation (although, obviously, her main draw was her cleavage).

Sometimes it looks bad at first then looks better when it loosens up a little bit.

I do several facelifts a week and have for many years. The only way you would know my patients is to see the before and after photos side by side. Results depend on quality of surgeon and technique they employ - both matter. I lecture around the world on the importance of natural facial rejuvenation. When done at a high level these women will age much better which has a huge impact on their quality of life. Women can be extremely critical of themselves while men typically overestimate their appearance.

Go on… I’m listening.

Side note- I get regular Botox injections for my TMJ related migraines.

Just enough Botox to curb the headaches and still have normal facial expressions.

If I didn’t tell you- you’d never know I get the Botox.

Except for mine actually happened, and you want us to believe:
(1) that you have a plastic surgeon for a neighbor after getting called ignorant about plastic surgery in this thread,
(2) that your plastic surgeon neighbor tells you that's it's usually pretty obvious when people have work done, and
(3) that any of your neighbors talk to you when you're an obvious jackass.

Classic projection.

Perhaps you have a psychiatrist neighbor who can explain that to you.
