England has them. Their "West Country" area is often made fun of for being redneck. Interestingly, the West Country people pronounce words like Americans and not with the "posh" accent of London. This is a clue where a lot of Americans originated from.
If you go to Outer Banks of NC or out to Tangier Island, people there sound like West Country people to this day (due to their isolation).

Just like poor white people in America they absolutely love hoarding all manner of vehicles. Cars, trucks, tractors, snow mobiles all in the front yard and all not running (under repair).

The Southern German states (Bavaria & Baden Wurttemberg) outside of the major cities are country as hell. You don't need to understand Deutsche to know that the Swabians are full of reds

I have not been to every country in Europe, but Spain, England Austria, Germany, Italy and Czechia do!
