Nah. It makes me feel sorry for the people flying it, because they still identify with the anti-American losing side even 155 years later.

When I see the confederate flag, I think of the LSU - Ole Miss games of the 1960's and 1970's.

This.

I dont think the Confederate flag is “racist,” but waving it at people like you are an LSU fan waving an LSU flag at a Bama fan is dumb to me. But who fricking cares. Some people draw the line at Confederate flag, some people draw the line at someone wearing a KKK robe walking around saying, “dont be offended.” Now I think 99.99999% agree a KKK robe is crossing the line.

With all that said, I dont give a flying frick past what I said...

It does not offend me. If a private citizen wants to fly that flag, that citizen has every right to. I do not think it should be flown outside of federal or state buildings. We when it comes to representing our country, we have one flag, and that’s Old Glory. But, no. I don’t get bent out of shape if I see a rebel flag. Feels weird to get angry over it.

I've seen 3 rebel flags on trucks in my little town and 2 of them were black guys driving and 1 60 year old white dude

No but I can easily see why it might offend a black person.

It doesn't offend me at all.

It just informs me of trash's true colors.

To me it just represents the southern region at this point. Doesn't mean people hate humans with dark skin like the left tries to present.
It represents both. You’re naive if you can’t realize that some people wave it because they are a good ole boy and genuinely believe it’s just being proud of where you’re from, while other skinheads proudly wave it with the swastika as a symbol of white supremacy. Things have different meanings to different people. I also agree with you though the only flag that should be waved today is the USA.

I like the CSA's flags and I'm quite disturbed that the Segregation Movement of yesteryear used one of these flags as the symbol of their movement. The consequence of this malicious and thoughtless action is that the CSA's flags are smeared and very offensive to African Americans.

I wish it was just a symbol that represented nothing more than just a historical flag of a region of the USA. It saddens me that it is seen as a symbol of White Power/White Supremacy.

The third confederate national flag is the most beautiful flag of all time.

It doesn't offend me. I had one when I was 11 because I liked the Dukes of Hazard.

What it does today is help me identify the idiots because this day and internet age there is too much information out there as to why the flag is stupid. Same with the monuments that were erected in response to civil rights movements.

You have the right to fly it if you want, though.

When this one is flown, who will challenge it?
