Does anyone still use Mapquest?

Lol my parents who are 50 years old is about it.

ETA: I think my dad discovered Waze recently however.

Yes. We have to provide a printed out copy for mileage purposes when getting reimbursed for our travel expenses.

nah, Waze does a better job giving alternate routes and warning about police locations

Marks location of cops being the only significant difference. Apple maps performs similarly to google maps but has some nice functionality with Apple Watch, notifications on wrist when turn coming up is sometimes nice.

When on the road, I use Waze...but when planning travel, I use Mapquest on my laptop in the office.

I use PC Miler and/or Rand McNally, Then use Waze on long trips.

They all typically match.

Pretty sure my drivers use their iPhones.
