What do you want that for? This is one of the stranger questions I've seen on the OT.

Just boil it. Nothing can survive in boiling water.

Probably some sort of medicine that needs to be mixed before injecting.

Is it for injections or something else? Walmart sells it in bottles for using in humidifiers but if you need the bottles that a needle goes in, they sell it on Amazon. If it's needed today, you might be able to get it at a pharmacy if you ask at the counter.

It’s for healing overall joint damage from working out.

The peptide came in a powder at the bottom of a vial. The plan is to inject the bacteriostatic water into the vial to reconstitute the peptide and then withdraw tiny amounts over time and take it orally. I’m not into direct injections.

There's some anaerobic bacteria that can survive in hydrothermal vents on the bottom of the ocean that range from 100-400 degrees Celsius

If you're taking it orally, I don't think you need to worry about bacteriostatic water. Thats so that you're not injecting something into your body that could hurt you. If it's oral, why not just use regular water or distilled? If multiple doses are going to be mixed at once I don't see why you can't get the bottles at walmart. I'm not a doctor though so don't take what I say as gospel.
