Imagine your dream car being a dodge…their fathers have failed them.

I had to read every single comment just to figure out you were meaning douchiest.

Using the made up word “dewsh”. I mean you could have gone with “doosh” and it would have been less egregious. Might even be moreso than the complaint regarding Dodge Challengers.

Anytime I see a Dodge product, it’s either trash or a black person behind the wheel.

Pure junk

Dodge Chargers.

You don't have to like them.

But I do appreciate them for being the last American V8 sedan that isn't some super-expensive performance vehicle. They are the anti-EV machine. The problem is the people who drive them....

In some areas, you'd be risking your life driving one due to the risk of mistaken identity.

That's just a fact.

I remember someone posting a list of "excessive speeders" last year in Texas and half of them were Chargers and Challengers.

A few were clocked over 175mph

I appreciate that they are fast when equipped with the HEMI V8. And affordable - you can get one for $40k or less that offers a lot of speed and comfort.

Unfortunately it may be the last year that V8 is available, which means that the $100,000+ Cadillac CT5-V will be the last V8 American sedan ever. And General Motors is committed to moving Cadillac to all electric despite the 700 horsepower V8 $150,000 Escalade V having a waiting list and selling well beyond sticker.

Same story with the Raptor R. The regular turbo V6 Ford Raptor is easy to obtain now. But the insane V8 version will go for well over sticker and will require time on the wait list.

Stellantis is switching to a twin turbo I-6 and away from V8 powered machines in everything but their HD trucks. Their new turbo 6 is also very powerful, but more expensive, more difficult to package, and more complex than the V8 while offering no fuel economy advantage. But it's also lower emissions so there's that.
