Every morning that I wake up and take my first few steps, my feet feels pressure. Its not a bad pain but I would still say that it hurts.

My a-hole doctor said I have to do landscaping.

When I had worked outside and wore steel toes daily they did. I work from an office now, no more foot pain.

I had a pair of steel toes that did me in for almost half a year. I thought it was just break in pains but after the second week, I tossed those in the trash. I’m finally getting over waking up that pain.

If the plain is in the bottom of the foot. That tendon runs from the heel to the front of the foot and can tighten on people over time. I used to assist in those surgeries and it is a very simple procedure to just cut it.

I have developed Achilles tendinitis. The backs of my heels can be brutally tender on certain mornings. But this is mainly because i am 20 lbs over weight and try to play sports like i was 25 some times.

Maybe you’re actually dead and your spirit hasn’t realized it and moved on to the afterlife. There was a documentary about it called The Sixth Sense. Once you realize that you’ve passed, you’ll move on and be at peace. Walk towards the light.

Get your blood work up performed. You may have elevated uric acid levels. It’s was the source of my knee and foot pain.
