My diesel Canyon gets 26mpg in the city, drops to no less than 19mpg towing depending on the load. Too bad they discontinued them. Mpg average is around 29mpg on long interstate trips.

I get about 22-24 mpg. Not as great as my Civic was, but it’s not bad.

Mine is 2023.

I do that after I take pictures of the bad parking jobs and laugh at the meltdowns of the drivers

But it's more like this

Trading the 250 for a DRW 450.

I like to roll 85 towing the tractor.

In the right lane...

I'm still a car guy but I would drive a Ridgeline. I'm not towing anything and I don't live in a delusion of false machismo

I simply don't have a need for a truck very often and I'm honest about it, unlike a lot of people I see daily.

Just seems more practical than a truck.

I see this a lot. Trucks are the most practical vehicles possible for hauling/moving stuff

Are they better for the annual trip to Orange Beach? Naw. But I use the bed of my truck multiple times a week while the SUV sits at the house

Tacoma is the perfect size truck to maneuver just about anywhere. From parking at LSU football games to offroad - it is the perfect size.

I just wish that size of truck had better gas mileage. It's shocking how minimal of a difference they have from full size trucks (unless a lot has chagned since I looked into it about 2 years ago)

exactly. literally no upside to driving a truck that size other than it just taking up less physical space, if that is a requirement

Why would you drive a ridgeline and not a ranger or tacoma

That's an important variable, though, especially for how shitty most truck drivers I see in urban areas.

Well of course. My point was most of my buddies with trucks don't haul or move stuff very often. They just have trucks to have trucks, not to use them as trucks, if that makes sense.

And practical depends on the person, just meant my SUV seems more practical for me and would more practical for the aforementioned friends.

Man, this statement isn't helping the general consensus of the PT that you're a fukin fggt. You might want to edit

Let’s talk about the people with big trucks NOT pulling anything that drive all over the world with their mirrors extended. Mirrors that hit mailboxes, mirrors of oncoming vehicles, etc. because they extend outside their dang lane! One of the most inconsiderate things I see on the road.

I'm not an expert, but doesn't it have more room and better efficiency of space, better handling, a better ride, etc?

The whole "it's a car" attempted insult actually has a lot of positives for people being honest about the analysis.

Easier to park, I guess.

It's amazing how bad people are at parking soccer mom suburbans and big arse trucks.

I have an F150 that’ll need replacing in a year or so and plan to go with something smaller like a Tacoma
