My folks never cursed around us and I don't think I would curse around children, no.

When you grow up in a trashy, broken home filled with degenerates and low lifes, you can never escape your trashiness. It's like a birth defect. It's inherited.

You’re exactly right…. A reflection that our society needs to turn in a more Christ like society

Seems a lot of you are scared of "bad" words. What makes frick any different than other words?

Idk but if somebody calls you a stupid little dumb bitch in a work meeting would you get offended?

Its a sign of poor parenting. Nothing like hearing an 8 or 10 year old dropping an F bomb. Gee,I wonder where they learned that?

My kids are taught that swear words are just words. It is their intent that matters.

Why would you teach them that if words are just words. Did you also teach them that train and plane are just words? You pointing it out is doing the opposite of what you want it to do. Now they know a “swear” word is different

It’s accepted in the UK. So is the “C” word. Why not here?

We do and they are none the worse for wear. One is off the paryroll and gainfully employed living in Atlanta and the other is carrying a 4.0 GPA in her Sophomore year of high school.

Stub a toe or something, sure. And then I apologize and say don't ever say that. I don't use it in normal conversation.

I use the ‘F words” all the time around my kids and grandkids. My father was well know for his fondness of the F words.

Faith, fun, football, food, foolishness, friendship, family, fairness and most importantly, forgiveness.

Learned all of them from my dad and I miss him every day!

Greatest word in the English language. I've used it around my kids plenty of times. I've also worked offshore for 20 years so I curse like a sailor but my kids don't use it. They say frick.

It’s all Wicked Tuna’s fault. Ever since we allowed those New Englanders into our homes, the whole country has gone to shite.
