If you cannot take off circle and land the single engine Cessna in Microsoft Flight Simulator, you have no chance of doing it for real. There are two or three of aspects to flying a plane that are counter intuitive, and unless you are just extremely luck you will not have time to figure it out before smacking the ground.

I would say anyone could land a Cessna 152 on a international length run runway. You can fly it down to the ground and not do the forced stall which is the one thing that always got me. Right above the numbers you pull up hard on the yoke to force the plane to stall as you touch down, if you don't stall and touch down anyway you will porpoise.

Flying with a friend in his plane. I'm in the copilot's seat (not a pilot). I glance over and he's slumped over. A real "oh frick" moment for a couple of minutes until I realize he's looking at a chart he has spread out at his feet.

Years ago when my dad was flying offshore his helicopter pilot had a massive heart attack during the landing. Dude landed the chopper, shut it off, and died. Mad skills, and saved my dad’s life at the same time.

I've flown to scale RC planes wired into a sit in cockpit simulator. Seemed pretty intuitive.

I think I could land an airliner. I've flown them in the sims and understand all the principles.
Helicopters, no. The hand and eye coordination requires many hours of training to master.

We had this program run by a retired pilot in my school district called aerospace. You learned about the science of flight and such and then there was this flight test you did at the end. It was in a flight simulator. Not on a computer but a fully equipped, expensive professional simulator. As a 14 year old I did a full flight test perfectly on one attempt. I think people equate the risks of flying with the difficulty of flying.

It isn't hard, it takes more skill.
It's not difficult, you just have to know what to do and when to do it. No crosswind is the key. I learned at KNEW every landing was a crab or forward slip, now that is somewhat more difficult but not hard.
Flying a helicopter is hard. Plus a r22 feels like a death trap.

I think I could get a plane off the ground. Everything else is a crap shoot.
Helicopter? Nope. But thankfully I don’t think it would get high enough in the air before I laid it over to really hurt more than a car wreck. People on the ground would be fricked though.

You had a class where you learned the principles of flight, that I think would be different from what the OP is asking, which is could someone with no previous knowledge or training of any kind do it. If you already know things such as angle of attack controls airspeed, and power controls altitude, you have just increased your odds of doing a successful landing by a large margin.

Back when I was a Navy SEAL, this one time an FA-18 pilot that supposed to fly me out to a secret mission (no, I can't talk about it) got sick, so I had to fly myself. So yes, I think I can fly a plane.
